In being the ultimate source for millennial moms, it is our mission and desire to tap into the “busy and restless” minds of the confident, beautiful, intelligent, strong-willed Super Moms you all are and to inspire each and every one of you to always make time for yourself!
Hi I’m Tammy, the Blogger behind That Social Mom. I’ve accomplished many things in my time here on Earth, but in the summer of 2015 I faced my biggest challenge yet: MOTHERHOOD! On August 27th, 2015, my amazing boyfriend Christopher and I welcomed our first child, Nori Ariana, and we couldn’t be more excited!
It’s been quite an adventure as we have a “unique” situation: Chris is a professional basketball player who recently signed a 4-year contract with Eastern Basketball Club in Hong Kong, China and I’m a traveling Social & Digital Media Marketer. We are both hardworking, career-oriented individuals who love to laugh, travel, and learn about different cultures. We currently reside in beautiful Alpharetta, Ga, an affluent suburban area outside of Atlanta and we are both proud graduates of the University of Georgia. Goooo Dawgs!
Throughout my pregnancy, many people lectured me on how our lives would change and how we wouldn’t be able to do all of the things we enjoyed as a young millennial couple in love, but I like to think differently! I love proving people wrong and doing the unthinkable. While Chris and I may not have all of the answers to parenthood, we’re definitely going to continue traveling the world, furthering our education, and strengthening our professional skills all while raising our beautiful little girl. I’m looking forward to sharing my tips, how-to’s, advice, and more with you all….
So here’s to all of the young millennial moms and dads out there who are dedicated to successfully juggling parenthood and professional careers all while living life to the fullest and continuing to enjoy those pre-baby adventures that you love to do!
I admire you all and I’m looking forward to connecting with you,
